yeah just go for it, the only real tenet being that its a community for occultist and [ect] people, but not 'an occult order' or whatever. then just let us know when you have a link I guess.

Any suggestions for how to bring it together?

I'm better at the solo 'arts' than the amazing and under-appreciated skill shown by those who are good at bringing folks together, I call it 'people math'.

Every group has one or two folks who seem to know exactly what-and-who you add, subtract, multiply and divide to make a "party" happen out of thin air.

If we're to have something like this thriving here some people-mathematicians would really help...

I recently edited the About page to include a few tips on how to create a group such as PDXocculture.

There are lots of people who are down in SF, getting something like this to happen for you would just be a matter of starting it up and sticking to it, I'm sure :]
